PROGRAMME SYNOPSIS:

This professional development training programme, which is required once every 2 years, is designed primarily to ensure that personnel remain current in terms of SMS principles including human factors and also to collect feedback on safety including human factors issues as per AMC3&5 CAMO.A.305(g) or AMC3&4 145.A.30(e) as applicable.

KEY TOPICS:

- Review of key concepts & application of safety management principles (including HF)
- Evaluation of lessons learnt from recent & pertinent internal safety (including HF) events"

- Evaluation of lessons learnt from recent & pertinent external safety (including HF) events

* This will be featured only within closed training sessions e.g. In-company deliveries. It will also feature an interactive instructor-facilitated session, during which participants will have the opportunity to discuss safety matters pertinent to their function, and provide feedback to their organisation, which will be collected by the instructor and passed on for action(s) via the organisation's internal reporting system as per point (c) of AMC3 CAMO.A.305(g) or AMC4 145.A.30(e) as applicable.
