Wing Engineering Limited (WEL) was founded and incorporated in the UK in May 2011 by Daniel Olufisan, after he had established that there was a significant gap between the set of competence requirements the airworthiness sector was seeking, and the knowledge and skill set that aero engineering graduates were leaving the University with.

He also noticed that while there were a small number of organisations offering to address this problem and bridge the gap, their solutions were either affordable but of poor quality, or awfully expensive but of good quality.

Consequently, he decided to setup a professional firm that would address this by offering its clients solutions that were both affordable and of good quality. This was possible because he had proactively built the firm on lean management principles, which meant that its operations were inherently effective and efficent.

WEL subsequently commenced full time trading in September 2013 and has been growing and thriving ever since with an expanded range of offerings. We are now an internationally renowned provider of professional airworthiness training, consultancy, and management services with an increasing number of clients from across the globe.

We are also proud to add that because of our commitment to delivering high quality and standards across our services, we are the first ever professional airworthiness firm to only use consultants who are registered with the UK Engineering Council.
