c. With the exception of ELCAS students, or if otherwise requested, we perpetually retain your email address to keep you informed about our services and other pertinent airworthiness matters.

All email communication from us will clearly include our contact details and web domain (wingengineering.co.uk). Furthermore, all emails from us will also contain concise information on how to opt-out of receiving subsequent email communications from us.

a. We are fully committed to treating your information confidentially and will not sell, rent, or lease it to a third party. We would also not disclose it to anyone outside of Wing Engineering Limited except as outlined in the subsequent points of this clause.

f. In relation to a training programme you have completed with us, we would provide confirmation of any training you have completed with us and also share your completion certificate upon request.

We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of your information. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable suppliers and third-party vendors.

Please note that emails are not an entirely secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send sensitive information to us via email. However, doing so is allowed but at your own risk.
