ONLINE TRAINING LICENCE SCHEME AGREEMENT
1. DEFINITION OF KEY TERMS:
a. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “WEL” refers to Wing Engineering Limited.
b. The terms “you”, “your”, “user(s)”, “their”, “they”, “individual(s)”, “registrant(s)”, “delegate(s)”, “trainee(s)”, “attendee(s)”, ""participant(s)", "subscribers", “customer(s)”, “client(s)”, “corporate client(s)”, “anyone”, or “organisation” refers either to the person, firm, organisation or other entity subscribing to our online training licence scheme, or benefiting from our online training (self-directed) programmes and webinars under our online training licence scheme.
c. The term “this Agreement” refers to the contents of this page.
d. The term "the scheme" refers to our online training (self-directed) licence scheme.
2. GENERAL:
a. This Agreement governs your access to, and use of, our self-directed online training licence scheme including training contents and functionality offered on or through our website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you subscribe to the scheme.
b. By subscribing to the scheme, you accept to be bound and abide by this Agreement, as well as our Website Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement, you MUST NOT proceed to subscribe to the scheme.
c. Our Training Terms and Conditions apply to any and all self-directed online training programmes available under the scheme. However, where there is a conflict between this Agreement and our training terms and conditions, this Agreement shall take precedence.
d. Our Webinar Terms and Conditions apply to any and all webinars available under the scheme. However, where there is a conflict between this Agreement and our webinar terms and conditions, this Agreement shall take precedence.
e. The details of the scheme are as published here.
f. Access to the following training programmes under the scheme would be available as stated below:
- AGF: Available on Request (8-Week Lead Time Required)
- ARP4754A/ED79A: Available from June 2022
- CMS02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- EPC02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- EPM02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- EP21G: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- EP147: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- EWIS: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- FTS: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- HFAMI: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- IT: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- JC02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- LMS02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
- SMS02: Available on Request (4-Week Lead Time Required)
3. USER ELIGIBILITY:
The scheme is available to either registered organisations or individual users who are 18 years of age or older. By subscribing to the scheme, you represent and warrant that you are either a registered organisation or an individual of legal age to form a binding contract with Wing Engineering Limited.
4. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT:
We reserve the right to update or amend this Agreement without prior notice and at any given time as may be required. All such changes will be effective immediately after we publish them. Your continued subscription to the scheme following the publication of any such revisions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
5. SUBSCRIBING TO THE SCHEME:

6. SUBSCRIPTION TERM OF THE SCHEME:
a. Subscriptions to the scheme as part of our pre-launch access offer will be valid until 15TH JANUARY 2022.
b. Subscriptions from January 2021 will be valid for 12-months.
7. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:
Your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the subscription term if not renewed.
8 REFUND POLICY:
Following subscription payment, no refunds are possible.
9. COPYRIGHTS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
a. All contents included in our training programmes and webinars, are the property of Wing Engineering Limited or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
b. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in our training programmes and webinars.
c. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights on any of the contents of our training programmes and webinars by virtue of your licence under the scheme.
d. By derogation of points a to c, contents of our training programmes and webinars may be used by subscribers for personal or in-company use, and WEL should be referenced as appropriate.
10. SHARING OF INFORMATION:
Sharing of information with individuals and organisations not covered by your licence is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to completely terminate your access to our online training system or webinars if you violate this clause. We also reserve the right to take any further action(s) which we consider to be appropriate.
