AFFILIATE MARKETER SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITION OF KEY TERMS:

a. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “WEL” refers to Wing Engineering Limited.

b. The terms “you”, “your”, “user(s)”, “their”, “they”, “affiliate”, “marketer”, “affiliate marketer”, "WEL affiliate marketer", or “anyone” refers to any natural or legal person who formally engages in the promotion of our services in exchange for a commission.

c. The term "prospect" refers to natural or legal person who engages with us for our services.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST be aged 18 years or older, or a registered company, to be a WEL affiliate marketer.

3. HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE MARKETER OF WEL:

You can become a WEL affiliate marketer by getting in touch with us to express an interest in the scheme.

You will subsequently be asked to provide us with further information that would help us verify your identity and background. You would also be asked to sign and return a copy of these terms and conditions. 

Further to this, you would receive an email confirming your status as a WEL affiliate marketer or otherwise.

NB: There is NO application fee involved. The processing time for an application is expected to be between 2 and 5 working days.

4. AFFILIATE MARKETER COMMISSION:

a. Following a successful application as an affiliate marketer, you would be given a unique voucher code, which would be linked to your affiliate marketing account with us.

b. You will earn a commission whenever a prospect quotes your voucher code when requesting an applicable service, AND subsequently pays for the service. To this effect, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide your voucher code to the prospect.

NB: An applicable service refers to any WEL service which is available under our affiliate marketing scheme. Currently, this includes the following:

- Online Training Licence Scheme (OTLS)
- Virtual Classroom Online Training Services 
- In-company Training Services
- Bespoke Training Services
- ALL Consultancy Services

c. Your commission will be 20% of the total payable fee we charge for the requested service as reflected on the billing invoice we send to the prospect. This commission will be paid into the account you provide us following your confirmation as a WEL affiliate marketer.

5. AFFILIATE MARKETING AND COMMISSION RULES:

a. You may engage in any LEGAL and ETHICAL means to promote our services including the use of social media and advert placements.

b. As a WEL affiliate marketer, you are NOT an employee of Wing Engineering Limited, and you are NOT able to act or take decisions or collect payments on our behalf; you would be acting illegally if you do so and would be solely responsible for the consequences of your actions. You are simply able to promote our services as an INDEPENDENT advertiser.

c. A commission will only be paid to you for prospect service requests where your voucher code is quoted, AND for which booking confirmation and applicable service fee payment is made within 12 months from the date of the prospect's initial service request.

d. Your commission will be paid immediately after the applicable service fee for the prospect booking, which is made with your voucher code, has been received by WEL, AND after the relevant non-refundable clause in our applicable service terms and conditions have come into force with regards to the payment.

e. There is no limit to the number of commissions you can receive. However, you will only be entitled to one commission per unique prospect. In other words, you cannot receive 2 or more commissions for the same prospect if they use our services more than once. 

f. You must NOT disclose any data or information we share with you as an integral part of our engagement with you as a WEL Affiliate Marketer. To this end, you would be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:

a. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and at any given time as may be required. All such changes will be effective immediately.

b. You would be notified of any such changes via the email you had provided to us when you registered to become a WEL affiliate marketer.

c. Your continued engagement as a WEL affiliate marketer following the publication of any such revisions would be interpreted as meaning that you accept and agree to the changes.

7. GENERAL:

a. By acting as a WEL affiliate marketer, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to agree to or accept these terms and conditions, you MUST NOT act as a WEL affiliate marketer.

b. We reserve the right to withdraw our affiliate marketer scheme at any time and without prior notice.

c. We reserve the right to cancel your voucher code and ask you to desist from acting as a WEL affiliate marketer if we consider this to be necessary for any reason. Furthermore, we would FINE or TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST you as we consider appropriate if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or bring our name into disrepute.

d. Neither our affiliate marketing scheme nor any rewards offered under the scheme creates, constitutes, or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by the marketer against WEL.

e. Any matters arising which is not covered within this terms and conditions will be dealt with as we consider to be appropriate and reasonable.
